By using Kinomii Cafe (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Kinomii Cafe is a free study timer, planner, calendar and study hub. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
2. Your account
- You can use the app as a guest or sign in with your Google account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure.
- Connecting Google Calendar is optional and can be turned off at any time.
3. Your content
Your tasks, notes, courses and files belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, try to break its security, or access other people’s data.
- Do not use the app for anything illegal.
- Only add files and background videos you have the right to use.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your data safe and synced, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important files, since course files are stored only on your device.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kinomii Cafe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from use of the app.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
